(Scroll down for video) Talk about abuse of taxpayers’ money.
A man called emergency services to help remove his wife’s jacket in a way that it does not get ruined.
The man of Washington County, Oregon, called 911 when the zipper on his wife’s jacket got stuck and he was unable to open it.
When the dispatcher asked if his wife was breathing, the man said: “She is alright, she just cannot get her jacket off.”
The frustrated husband told the dispatcher that he did not want to ruin the jacket and needed help.
Rather than walking over to the local fire house for help, the man used important resources for his non emergency situation.
Mark Chandler, a spokesperson for the dispatch center, said a team of firefighters responded to the scene in order to help the man and his wife.
The fire department rescued the woman and saved jacket.
