A man took his son to court and asked the judge to ban his son from coming over to his house.

The father of Masvingo, Zimbabwe, dragged his son to court after accusing him of sleeping with his wife.

The married father, Vitalis Makomeke, who is employed by the Cross Border Transport Association (CBTA) and is always traveling to and from South Africa, said that he found his son locked in the room with his wife.

The worried father said that his wife and Peter, pretended to be conducting a prayer session while being locked in his master bedroom.

The court heard that Vitalis’ wife, Loraine Makomeke, who is not the biological mother of Peter Makomeke, conducted “sexual prayers” with her husband’s son whenever he was not around.

“Once, I tried to stop them, but they became violent and threatened to beat me up and throw me out of my own house,” Vitalis said.

Judge Sibonginkosi Mkandla, who presided over the case, ruled in favor of Vilatis and granted an order of protection, which bans Peter Makomeke from visiting Vitalis or his wife Loraine Makomeke.
