A Flatbush area store owner was found tied up and murdered in his home, police in New York said.
Brooklyn Police said that the man was found on Friday morning, bound and shot in the back of the head.
Family members of 69-year-old Sergio Bosse, became concerned after he did not respond to numerous phone calls. His daughter called a friend on Thursday night, and the friend found Bosse dead shortly after midnight on the bed in his apartment.
The victim’s apartment is located above his store. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Police have launched an investigation into the murder, but so far, no arrests have been made.
Last month, a Crown Heights man was found dead inside his home, according to police reports in New York.
Brooklyn Police said that a Vogue dancer was stabbed to death inside his home, which is located on St. Johns Place, on Thursday afternoon.
Terrell Anderson, 35, was found with a stab wound to the head at 981 St. Johns Place, at 2:30 p.m. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police have launched an investigation, but so far, no arrests have been made in connection with the stabbing.
The incident is being investigated as a hate crime as Anderson used to dress up as drag queen.
