Fundraiser for Magen David Adom hospitalized in London after three thugs bash his head

A man working as a fundraiser for Magen David Adom in the United Kingdom, was hospitalized after suffering serious head injuries, the Jewish Chronicle reported.

Rescue workers in London, said that the man is being treated for a brain injury after being attacked by three men.

28-year-old Dan Rickman, head of fundraising at the Magen David Adom U.K., fell unconscious while walking home in Hendon, in the early hours of Sunday morning. Rickman was transported by ambulance to the Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel.

A spokesperson for the hospital said that Rickman suffered a fractured skull, bruising to the brain and two broken bones near his ear. Rickman told police that he remembers seeing three men before passing out.

A passerby who saw what happened, called police. The three attackers fled from the scene with Rickman’s cellphone and keys before police arrived. Police launched an investigation to locate the suspects, but so far, no arrests have been made.
