(Scroll down for video) Talk about bad parenting. A mother and her son were arrested for stealing from cars and storage units.
The two were caught on surveillance video breaking into cars together. Lois Pack, 76, and her son, Everett Pack, 37, of Pennsylvania, used their bonding time to rob people.
Police set up surveillance video after a number of cars have been broken into at a park and ride. Lois and her son Everett, were arrested after they were was caught breaking two windows of a vehicle, police said.
The pair are also suspected of several other burglaries in places such as storage facilities and trucks, which carried power tools in the counties of Lancaster, Chester, Dauphin and Berks.
Police estimate that the value of items stolen by the mother and son to be more than $25,000. The total does not include the cost of repair for broken windows.
The suspects were taken to the Lancaster County Prison. Everett Pack is behind bars on prior burglary charges and a probation violation. He was allegedly involved in a home burglary.
The 76-year-old woman was released pending further investigation. Both may face additional charges.
