(Scroll down for video) A Wisconsin woman was arrested, charged and convicted of holding men hostage while demanding sex.
Now, she had been found guilty of these charges and avoided jail time a part of a plea bargain deal with prosecutors.
Judge Mike Moran ordered a deferred entry of judgment for Terry Boyd, which means the case will be kept open for nine months to allow Boyd to complete counseling or treatment.
According to a police report, the 52-year-old Boyd was arrested around 4:00 a.m., when two people called police saying they heard a man screaming for help at his home in Wausau.
When police arrived they found two men trapped in a room on the second floor. The front door was locked and Boyd was sitting against the door to prevent officers from entering.
One of the men dropped a set of keys to the officers. Boyd was apparently combative with officers during the arrest.
One of the men said he was a roommate of Boyd, and that she locked them in the room, saying she would not let them out until one of them had sex with her.
The men refused to have sex with her and tried to get away, but were unable to do so until police arrived. Boyd was charged with false imprisonment, resisting an officer and disorderly conduct.
