(Scroll down for video) A father and a pastor were arrested on sex abuse charges.

The Louisiana pastor is accused of raping a woman suffering from mental disabilities.

David “Scott” Lemley, 43, who is the pastor of the New Harmony Baptist Church, in Baton Rouge, was arrested Saturday, on charges of aggravated rape. The victim, who is 20 years old, is described as having the mental capacity of a 7 year old.

Lemley allegedly conspired with the father of the victim to have sex with her, according to arrest records. The father, who is not being named to protect the identity of the victim, is accused of offering his daughter to the pastor for sex because the pastor’s wife was ill and bedridden.

The father is also in prison for multiple counts of sexual abuse, including aggravated rape. The victim told investigators that she and the pastor had sex on multiple occasions, despite saying she did not want to sleep with him.

Lemley denied having sex with the woman when he was interviewed by police. The pastor allegedly told investigators that the victim is “known for making up stories.”

Lemley was arrested and is being held in lieu of $75,000 bail.
