(Scroll down for video) A man was arrested after he was caught red-handed bringing sex toys to an inmate.

The attorney is accused of smuggling a sex toy into the Oklahoma County jail.

He then convinced the woman to perform sexual acts with herself while he watched, in exchange for lower legal costs. Frank Kirk, 70, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, was arrested Monday in the prison during one his visits with the woman.

Sheriff John Whetsel said that this went on for three months before the woman realized that he was not even her lawyer. “Kirk was approached to become the woman’s lawyer in January, but he never became the attorney of record,” Whetsel said.

On her first court appearance after being charged with a drug offense, the woman was represented by the public defender’s office of Oklahoma County, and it is unclear why she thought that Kirk was her lawyer.

Over the course of three months, the woman told investigators that Kirk coerced her to use the vibrator on herself in front of him, show him her breasts and touch his penis, according to court documents.

The woman learned that Kirk was not his lawyer last week, after her public defender’s attorney showed up to update her on her case. The woman reported the abuse to police.

Investigators set up a sting and recorded Kirk making sexual advances towards women in a visiting room. Kirk was arrested and was found in possession of sex toys and a cell phone.

He is now facing six charges after for smuggling contraband into the jail.
