(Scroll down for video) A young girl watched and did nothing to help as her teenage sister was being sexually assaulted.

The 15-year-old girl attending a junior high school in New Taipei City, Taiwan, was abused by two adults and nine teenagers.

A 21-year-old man named Hsu, and his friend Chen, were the instigators. It is alleged that Hsu was angry when the 15 year old spoke trash about his girlfriend, so he ordered the victim at knifepoint to undress and run threw a park with no clothes.

The abuse did not end there. One day, the victim was confronted by the group of 11, and was sexually assaulted. The group used salt, soda and tree branches to abuse her. They also burned her with cigarettes.

The sister of the victim, who was one of the 11 people, recorded the crime with her cellphone camera. The abuse lasted for three hours and her sister never called for help.

The abuse ended when a police officer drove past the group and became suspicious of their activity. The officer stopped to investigate.

Hsu and Chen face charges of aggravated sexual assault. They face a minimum of seven years in prison, while the other nine accomplices, who are minors, will be charged in a juvenile court.
