Brandon Traicoff, 18, of Mansfield, Ohio, has many medical issues.

His medical issues is blamed on his mother, who drank alcohol and did drugs while she was pregnant with him.

Traicoff has some mental issues as well. He has only one functioning kidney and terminal kidney failure. He is deaf and bipolar.

He also has Asperger syndrome and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, according to his grandparents Mike and Jacki Barnett.

Traicoff proudly organized a blood drive so he can earn his Eagle Scout badge. The day went very well and many people donated blood.

However, the successful day turned sour when police took the teen away from the blood drive, and he was charged with sexually assaulting a 7-year-old boy.

Police said that the young boy claimed that Traicoff took him into a room during the blood drive and performed oral sex on him. Traicoff pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of sexual battery in the Richmond County Superior Court.

He faces five years in prison.
