The Volusia County Sheriff’s Office said that the Deltona woman was running a prostitution business at her home.

Devin Rachelle Miller, 22, posted online advertisements that featured what appeared to be minors for sex acts. Miller offered herself and two underage teens, including a 16-year-old girl who was reported missing by her parents, as prostitutes.

Miller would also steal from her clients with the help of some of her armed male friends. Police said that the prostitution and the armed robberies were done in the presence of Miller’s 2-year-old child.

Miller told the 16-year-old girl that she earns thousands of dollars a week by having sex with five men a day. Miller is also accused of providing drugs and alcohol for the teens.

Miller was charged with five counts of acquiring a person under 18 for prostitution, five counts of deriving support from the earnings of prostitution, illegal use of a two way communication device, neglect and theft. She was booked into the Volusia County Jail in Daytona Beach.

The Florida Department of Children and Families took custody of Miller’s 2-year-old child.
