(Scroll down for video) A man who is in love with mayonnaise, got himself a custom made mayonnaise jar for his remains.

Larry Clinton, 67, of Bessemer City, North Carolina, has been searching for a proper resting place for his cremated remains for over 20 years.

Thanks to his daughter, 43, he now has a custom-made jar of Duke’s mayonnaise along with his name tag. Teresa Clinton-Edge sent a letter to the parent company of Duke’s requesting a custom-made jar for her father’s remains.

The letter stated that her father had always loved Duke’s mayonnaise and included a funny story about how her father once told his wife that he would like to be buried in a jar. To the surprise of Clinton-Edge, the company agreed to make a custom-made jar.

Clinton is happy to have the jar, but he’s hoping that he will not have to use it anytime soon. Meanwhile, he puts mayonnaise on his peaches, pears, and bologna and banana sandwiches.
