(Scroll down for video) A big black woman said that she is still crying from an incident that occurred at a California Subway restaurant.
Allison Brown said that she is still very emotional two weeks after having lunch in the Vista Subway located at 1906 Hacienda Drive.
Brown said a young worker greeted her and took her order for a 6 inch tuna sandwich and two flatbread Flatizzas, one for her and one for her husband. When she got home, she could not believe her eyes.
She saw that “Big Mama” was written in one of the boxes. “It hurt. I was devastated. I was crying ,” Brown said.
Brown also said that she hired an attorney. A letter to the corporate office said that legal action is an option. However, instead of money , Brown wants anti-discrimination training led by an outside company for all employees.
A spokesperson for Subway said that the employee was reprimanded.
