(Scroll down for video) A boy who was reported as missing was found playing inside a claw machine, police in Nebraska said.
The child has since been reunited with his mother after he was discovered in the machine full of stuffed animals at the nearby bowling alley.
Lincoln Police said the child’s mother called 911 after her son disappeared from her apartment. Around the same time, employees at Madsen Bowling called authorities to report that the child had been found inside the claw machine.
Rachell Hildreth, an employee at the bowling alley, took a picture of the child who was playing inside the machine. The photo showed the child appearing quite happy as he played with lots of toys.
Hildreth said that she and her colleagues were in disbelief. Jim Lakey, a representative of the vending machine company, managed to free the child, who quickly met with his mother.
Lakey said that it was first time in his 38 years in business that he saw a child inside one of his machines, adding that it must have taken some time for the child to move his way into the machine.
Lincoln Police said that there was no evidence of negligence on the part of the mother and no charges were filed.
