(Scroll down for video) A woman threatened to kill employees of a restaurant because they microwaved her hot dog, police in Texas said.

Midland Police said that the dispute over the hot dog earlier this week ended with a police dog attacking the suspect.

The incident began when police were called to the restaurant after the woman threw the hot dog back at employees as it had been microwaved. As employees returned to give Charmelle Henry an uncooked hot dog they realized that she was holding a pocket knife.

The 45-year-old woman, who was described as very agitated, allegedly threatened to stab the employees in cold blood. Henry began stabbing the counter and was trying to get to the employees.

Police officers who arrived at the scene, warned Henry that they would use a K-9 if she does not surrender. When she refused police released the dog on her.

Henry was taken to jail and charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Her bail was set at $100,000.
