(Scroll down for video) In a bizarre incident, a 9-month-old baby was arrested, fingerprinted and was forced to appear in court.
9-month-old Muhammad Mosa Khan, appeared in court with his grandfather in Pakistan, on charges of conspiring to commit murder.
The baby also faces charges of threatening police by allegedly throwing stones at them and interfering with police work.
The incident began when police were ordered to shut off the electricity of a family that failed to pay their electricity bill.
When police entered the home, they were allegedly attacked by the family and stones were thrown. One police officer suffered head injuries.
As a result of the injuries, all members of the family were arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit murder among other charges.
The baby was also arrested and assigned a lawyer, who tried to have the case dismissed. Photos have emerged showing the baby appearing in court, clutching his bottle while sitting on his grandfather's lap.
After the case went public, Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif of the Punjab province called for an investigation into the child’s arrested and ordered “stern action” against those who approved the arrest of the 9-month-old baby.
