(Scroll down for video) Two Chinese businessmen fled to the United States, after their high-end nightclub was raided by police.
The nightclub was the most luxurious entertainment complex in the city of Zhengzhou, in China’s Henan province.

Recently, a former manager of the nightclub revealed that workers were paid a whopping $16,000 per month.

Clients included some of the wealthiest people in the city and high-ranking government officials.

The complex was housed in a six-story building with 150 rooms. However, the club was shut down by officials after it was raided by police on suspicion of being a haven for prostitution.

Eight police officers are also under investigation for allegedly protecting the prostitution business.

The prostitutes were no ordinary women. The former manager spoke about the requirements needed to get a job at the nightclub.

The women needed to be well educated, good looking and have a good personality, amongst other things. With all of these qualities why work in prostitution? Well, the salary was extremely high and many women with college degrees chose to work at the nightclub in order to make a lot of money quickly.

Total daily sales at the nightclub reportedly reached near $80,000.
