Government official caught sticking fingers through bus seat crack to grope woman

(Scroll down for video) A government official in Japan, was charged with sexual harassment.

The man was caught grabbing the back-side of a woman on a bus.

The official of the Japanese central government is facing charges of sexual harassment after he allegedly grabbed the woman’s backside on the bus heading to downtown Kobe.

The suspect, identified as Lio Kouichirou, 55, is a deputy officer at the International Economic Affairs Division in Hyogo Prefecture.

It is alleged that the officer abused a 46 year old by sticking three fingers into the crack of her seat on a public bus.

The woman felt someone touching her behind and got up to inspect what was going on. That is when she saw Kouichirou’s fingers in the crack of her seat.

When the woman began screaming the 55 year old apologized and said he was sorry. He was caught red-handed by the woman and police were called.

Kouichirou’s responsibilities at his government job include overseeing foreign investment and hiring foreign nationals.
