Mount Vernon Police said that surveillance video showed the violent outburst that occurred at Walmart on Friday.

58-year-old Nancy K. Reed, pulled out scissors and stabbed an employee in the arm. Seconds later, she tried to stab a second employee. When the second employee wrestled her to the ground, Reed pulled out a chunk of the employee’s hair.

A brave customer intervened and took the scissors from the woman. No one was seriously injured. As everyone was waiting for the police to arrive, Reed danced around while lifting up her dress.

Reed was arrested and charged with assault. She has been ordered to undergo a mental health examination.
