(Scroll down for video) People who don’t like the fact that they are bald, have one thing going for them.
A restaurant announced that they are offering discounts to those who are bald.
The restaurant recently opened in the Akasaka district of Tokyo, Japan.
“Baldness is a very sensitive topic in Japan, but there are a number of Hollywood stars, who completely ignore their hairless status and proudly carry out their work,” the owner of the restaurant, Yoshiko Toyoda, said.
Baldness is not as common in Japan as in the West, but still affects 26 percent of men.
The restaurant features food loved by middle-aged men, like grilled chicken on skewers and cooked tripe. The restaurant’s prices are cheap as well.
Each customer gets a 500 yen ($4.91) bald discount. In the Czech Republic, 43 percent of men are bald. Spain and Germany, also have a high number of men who are bald.
