(Scroll down for video) Two men became the butt of many jokes after they were seen becoming gay in order to hide evidence from police.

The incident began when police in Oklahoma, pulled over a car for a traffic violation.

Timothy Wayne Povlick, 35, was arrested on a warrant. He also had a bag of meth in his mouth.

The officer also arrested Derek Nicholas Bock, 33, and placed him in the police car next to Povlick.

The officer returned to Bock’s vehicle, where he reportedly found digital scales containing methamphetamine residue.

While the officer was searching the car, his Dash-cam captured images of the two men, who were handcuffed in the back of the patrol car.

Block did not want Povlick to swallow the entire amount of drugs as he may overdose and die.

“We’re going to have to be gay for a second,” one of the men is heard saying.

“It’s nasty bro, I’m telling you,” said the other.

“I know – do you want it?” Was the response.

“Try to suck some of your saliva off of it and I will,” he responded.

That’s when the two kissed and passed the drugs.

The officer said that if not for the audio on the dash-cam then the two might have gotten away with it.

Bock, 33, was charged with possession of amphetamines, failure to yield for a stop sign and destroying evidence.

Povlick was charged with failure to appear, possession of amphetamine and the destruction of evidence.
Bail was set at $40,000 for both men.
