(Scroll down for video) A doctor was arrested after he was caught selling “blood cherries” to women.

Women who worked as prostitutes, paid for the blood cherries.

They inserted it into their body so that they can charge more from men, who believed that they were taking their virginity.

However, these women of Taiwan, got a taste of their own medicine when they learned that the man who sold them the blood cherries and claimed to be a doctor, was no doctor at all.

Hsu Lung-tsai drew blood from willing participants and then soaked a cotton ball with the blood. The fake doctor is also accused of using the excess blood for other unsuspecting women.

He instructed the women to freeze the cotton ball until ready for use. The women then inserted the cotton ball into their body and it leaked blood as it thawed.

The fake doctor instructed the women to remove the cotton ball when done. However, if they were unsuccessful in removing the object then they were welcomed to come to his clinic where he removed it for them.

Hsu told the court that he was a qualified medical technologist and it was not illegal to draw blood from willing donors.

He was charged for taking blood from women without any inspection certificate, which is a violation of the Doctor Act and the Medical Technologists Act.
