(Scroll down for video) A police officer was arrested and charged with sexual assault while on duty.
The suspect, William (Billy) Nulick, 42, of California, has been with the Tulare County Sheriff in Kings County for three years.
The officer is accused of forcing a woman to give him oral sex in exchange for walking free. The alleged crime took place on Friday at 12:00 p.m.
The woman said that officer Nulick pulled her over and asked for her license. When she told him she did not have it on her, the officer told her that he would let her go if she gives him oral sex.
The woman refused, but the deputy told her to follow him to a nearby location. He then forced her to perform oral sex before allowing her to go free.
The woman called police and detectives were able to establish a timeline and corroborate the information provided by the victim.
Investigators collected video from a nearby supermarket and surrounding locations. He was also tracked by GPS technology.
Nulick faces three separate criminal charges. Each carries a penalty of three to eight years in prison.
