A man was placed behind bars after he struck up a conversation with restaurant waitresses about his private parts, police in North Carolina said.
Rock Hill Police said that at 1:00 a.m., a police officer who works at the Waffle House on South Anderson Road, noticed 26-year-old Ryan Christopher Smallwood of Fayetteville, flipping the bird at a restaurant customer.
Smallwood’s pants were down to the ankles, although he still had his boxers around his waist. The officer ordered Smallwood to pull up his pants, warning that if he did not comply, he will be expelled from the restaurant.
Smallwood pulled his pants back up. Several minutes later, the officer heard Smallwood talking about his private parts to two employees. The officer ordered Smallwood to leave the restaurant or face arrest.
When Smallwood refused to leave, he was arrested and charged with public disorderly conduct.
