(Scroll down for video) A man decided to file a lawsuit against a stripper in order to get his money back, according to court documents filed in Texas.

The Houston woman said that she never knew that a stripper can be sued in small claims court by a customer.

The stripper’s stage name is Nomi. She works at a Houston strip club, and admits that she went out a few times with one of her customers.

That customer is Robert Wallace, and he is suing her.

“I just do not understand how this person can sue me for the money he gave freely. I never would have taken the money if I had known that I had to return it,” she said.

Robert claims that Nomi owes him about $3,000 worth of Harry Potter DVDs, a laptop and cash.

Law experts however, believe that Robert will have a difficult case in court. “He really needs to be able to prove that it was a business transaction and not gifts. If he can’t prove it he will lose,” one attorney said.
