A facility in Crown Heights that houses Hatzolah vehicles, was defaced with swastikas and hateful messages, police in New York said.

Brooklyn Police said that the graffiti was discovered on Saturday night, by local residents.

Earlier in the day, residents found pamphlets that contained hateful messages against Jews. A resident discovered hundreds of small booklets on Carroll and Schenectady avenues with swastikas printed on them.

The resident flagged down a passing police vehicle and alerted the officer to the incident. The officer took a report and launched an investigation

Later in the evening, residents discovered graffiti on the Schenectady Avenue garage housing Hatzolah vehicles. The messages include a series of swastikas. One message read; “All Jews can go eat s***.”

The police were notified immediately after the discovery and an investigation has been launched. Police said that the two incidents might be related.
