Two men were arrested on charges of disorderly conduct after they refused to pull up their pants at a restaurant, police in South Carolina said.
Spartanburg Police said that they arrested the two men on Saturday morning, for causing a disturbance at a Waffle House.
Police were called after they refused to comply with the order of a security guard to lift their sagging pants. 22-year-old Andrew Gehring, and 22-year-old Donovan Johnson, were acting disorderly when confronted by police.
While being questioned by police, Gehring and Johnson were belligerent and used profanity. They both told police that they were out to have fun and that they were graduate students at Wofford.
They also said that it was not their concern that proper decorum is needed in the public domain. Several years ago, Gehring was arrested for burglary and grand theft.
