(Scroll down for video) A teen was charged for using foul language outside a playground, police in Michigan said.
19-year-old Colin Andersen of Brighton, was near the Imagination Station playground when he received the ticket.
The incident began when he became upset that his friend had been ticketed for skateboarding and was told to leave. “This is f***ing bulls***,” Andersen said.
Andersen also said that he swore quietly and children did not hear what he said. However, an officer of the Brighton Police Department, heard him and issued him a ticket for disorderly conduct.
It is Andersen’s first ever ticket. He has never received even a speeding ticket. Andersen fought the ticket, but lost when he went before a judge to present his version of the events.
He was fined $200. Andersen said he did not think it was right to be issued a ticket without a warning.
