(Scroll down for video) A teacher is causing outrage after claiming she was forced into having sex with her student.
Last year, 34-year-old teacher Brianne Altice, had sex with her student while she was teaching at the Davis High School in Kaysville, Utah.
Altice is accused of having sex with the student in her car at a church parking lot and in her home. Now, she has gotten her day in court and it is not looking all that good for her.
The teacher was arrested after the 16-year-old student described his teacher’s tattoos, and the interior decor of her bedroom, proving that the two were together and did indeed have sex.
In court on Wednesday, Altice and her lawyer came up with an interesting defense. The lawyer argued that Altice was the real victim, and asked the judge to dismiss the charges against the former teacher.
Altice claimed that the student had aggressively pursued her, and she was forced to give in to his request of having sex after the teen “wore down her defenses.”
The judge was not impressed by the defense and refused to dismiss the charges. Instead, the judge ordered a trial for three counts of aggravated rape and one count of felony forcible sodomy.
Altice’s husband filed for divorce shortly after his cheating wife was arrested and their divorce has since been finalized.
