A woman was arrested after she took revenge on a Facebook friend.

The woman of Siberia, Russia, set fire to a big haystack after falling out with a friend on the social network.

The woman went to her friend’s farm in the village Transbaikal, and set fire to the giant haystack near a barn in rage because she was unfriended on Facebook.

She now faces up to five years in prison for arson. However, the woman’s malicious act did not hurt the intended target.

The hay did not belong to her former friend. Konstantin Podoprigora, who is the head of the regional prosecutor’s office, said that the suspect was angry after she was banned by her friend from viewing her social media account.

“She was put on a black list after a previous argument. When she was banned from her friend’s Facebook page, the suspect decided to take revenge,” the prosecutor said in a statement.

The losses were significant for the owner of the hay. If found guilty of arson, she could spend five years in prison according to clause 167 of the Russian Criminal Code.
