(Scroll down for video) A man wanted his sex partner to be arrested after she was too aggressive during the deed.
The 62-year-old man of Taiwan, told police that he paid a woman for sex. However, the woman was too rough and he was hurt.
The man named Chen, went to a hotel room with 60-year-old Lin. He paid about $60 for sex, but he was unhappy with her services because she was too aggressive.
Chen said that he was scratched around the chest and arms. The woman allegedly kicked his legs during foreplay in the New Taipei City hotel room.
The woman overpowered the man and was aggressive, causing injuries to his body. Chen accused Lin of assault
and went to the police.
After an investigation, prosecutors refused to press charges against the woman because they found that the couple were in love and the sex was consensual.
Prosecutors explained that having sex in a violent manner was not a crime, so Lin was not charged.
