(Scroll down for video) Three men were arrested on charges of making threats after allegedly threatening an Arab teen, who condemned the kidnapping of three Israeli yeshiva students, Israel Police said.
The Nazareth Police Department said that they arrested the three men on Tuesday, for threatening their relative, who posted a pro-Israel video on YouTube.
On the video, the teen wrapped himself in an Israeli flag, and expresses solidarity with the three kidnapped Israeli youth. 17-year-old Mohammad Zoabi of Nazareth, called for the release of the three students, and urged Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to stop releasing Palestinian terrorists.
Another relative, Knesset member Hanin Zoabi of the Arab Balad party, distanced herself from his comments on Tuesday, and said that the kidnappers were not terrorists. “Three men were arrested on suspicion of threatening to harm the child after he showed solidarity with the three young men on the video uploaded to the social network,” police said in a statement.
The three arrested are aged between 40 and 60. Hanin Zoabi said that Mohammad Zoabi was stupid and sad, and has distorted views.
