(Scroll down for video) A man is outraged over the cruel death of an elderly woman in his care.
Randall Boyd Green was arrested for using vulgar language and threatening police officers after they caused the death of his mother.
Green of Rocky Face, Georgia, faces up to a year in jail after he was accused of using vulgar language during a 911 call.
Green called 911 because he wanted to speak with Dalton Police Official Diner Mondragon. Green said that the officer let her mother die.
The incident began when Green was involved in a car accident, and was arrested by the officers who thought that he was intoxicated.
Green told officer Mondragon that he has been taking care of his 83-year-old mother since she had a stroke, which left her unable to move.
Green told the officer that his mother depended on him for medicine, food and diapers. Green claimed that during the six days he was in prison, he begged officers to check on his mother, but they refused to do so.
By the time he was released, his mother, Ada Green, was found dead, surrounded by blood and insects. The coroner ruled that the woman died of natural causes.
However, Green wants the officer to be held responsible for his mother’s agonizing death.
