(Scroll down for video) A man was seen standing on the street with a sign begging for his wife’s forgiveness, according to a video uploaded to the Internet.

The 34-year-old man of Taiwan, attempted to get his wife’s forgiveness by standing in front of a temple in Yunlin, for two days trying to apologize to his wife who left him.

The husband, He Nan, had been standing in the sun for the two days with a sign that said: “I know I did something wrong,” “I really regret it,” and “Please give me another chance.”

According to the report, Nan had a fight with his wife, which escalated and he attempted suicide. This act apparently angered his wife even more. She took their eight-month-old child and returned to her parents’ house in Yunlin.

“My family is important to me and I don’t want my son to be raised in a single parent family,” Nan said.

During an interview, when asked what he wanted to tell his wife he began crying and said: “Wife, I know I’ve done something wrong, please forgive me, I repent wholeheartedly.”

According to the report, the man went to Yunlin from Jaipur to apologize to his wife without success. On the contrary, his wife called the police to take him away.

He then decided to apologize publicly to prove his love. However, this act angered the woman as she considers it “a disgrace.”
