Denver Police said that the suspect, 32-year-old Isaac Vigil, was stopped by officers who spotted him smoking meth at a McDonald’s parking lot.

Vigil was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. He also had arrest warrants for assault, felony menacing and possession of a weapon. He now faces additional charges of attempted murder of a police officer.
