(Scroll down for video) A woman who accused a Saudi sheikh of sexual assault, was arrested after being accused of extortion, police in California said.

The Los Angeles Police Department said that the woman and her two attorneys have been charged with extortion for allegedly accusing the wealthy Saudi sheik of sexual assault and torture.

33-year-old Leyla Ors, claimed that 23-year-old Thamer Albalwi, had raped and tortured her.

He was arrested and charged with four counts of sexual assault based on her testimony and a physical examination.

However, a judge dismissed the charges against Albalwi on Friday, after the alleged extortion was revealed.

The woman had her two lawyers call Albalwi’s father, Sheikh Monsur Albalwi, with offers to end the criminal case against his son for a large amount of money.

For $15 million, Ors agreed not to testify against the son, and the case would be over, Attorney Emanuel Karl Hudson, 58, told Albalwi.

Later that day, 58-year-old attorney Joseph Gerard Cavallo, told Albalwi, one of the wealthiest men in Saudi Arabia, to wire $20 million into a Swiss bank account.

Ors, Hudson and Cavallo face charges of attempted extortion, conspiracy to commit extortion, conspiracy to receive a bribe and conspiracy to obstruct justice.

Ors was also charged with one count of offering a bribe to a witness.
