A food company apologized after people found an image of a penis on their chocolate.
The food giant Nestle, has apologized to the public after a man called to complain and said that he was surprised to find what looked like a penis printed in one of its products.
31-year-old R. J. of London, was surprised to see the image, which looked like a penis in the Milkybar.
“What is a penis doing on a kids chocolate bar? There’s no point denying what it looks like,” J. said.
A spokesperson for Nestle said: “Nestle is surprised and sorry to hear that Mr. J. thought that the image of the Milkybar resembles the male genitalia. In fact, it is an image of the head of a horse, the Milkybar Kids horse. There was no intention to mislead or depict anything offensive on our product and we apologize for any confusion or embarrassment this may have caused.”
