The man publicized his experience of living with small private parts in an effort to de-stigmatize the condition.

The man suffers from a medical condition called “micro-penis.” The man said that the condition affected his confidence, and made sex a physical and mental minefield.

He is planning another surgery to lengthen his organ later this year. His first round of surgery, which aimed to lengthen and widen his organ, was unsuccessful.

That failed operation set him back $45,000. Now, he is looking to spend another $18,000 for further work, and is considering a more serious surgery, requiring general anesthesia that costs $50,000.

The man said that growing up was very hard. He never played football because he did not want to enter the locker room with other boys.

He was bullied in school as well. His mother took him to a pediatrician to examine his private parts, but she dismissed her concerns, saying that she has seen smaller.
