A man was arrested on charges of terrorism after throwing bombs at a synagogue, police in France said.
Toulouse Police said that the man was arrested after throwing the bombs that failed to explode on Saturday.
The man threw the bombs at the Toulouse Espace du Judaisme, which houses a synagogue, a radio station and a library, but they failed to ignite.
He also threw stones at the security gate of the center before launching another bomb at a police officers in front of the building.
That bomb ignited, but did not hurt the police officers. The man ran away from the scene, only to be captured shortly thereafter.
The attack took place an hour after 500 people rallied in solidarity of Gaza. It is unclear if the man had attended the protest.
In 2012, Mohamed Merah killed a rabbi and three school-age children outside a Jewish school in Toulouse. He also killed three soldiers.
