(Scroll down for video) A woman is out of a job after she stole from her boss and then claimed that she was robbed.
The KFC manager in Chattanooga, Tennessee, was arrested after confessing to the bizarre robbery.
Around 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, 24-year-old Fellen Hayes left the KFC to take about $1300 to the bank. However, the money did not make it too far.
Hayes called police and stated that she was robbed while waiting for her cousin to come pick her up and take her to the bank. She said that a tall black man grabbed the bag at gunpoint.
However, when the police were unable to locate her cousin and her story did not add up, Hayes confessed that she gave the money to an accomplice and faked the robbery.
Hayes was arrested and charged with theft of over $1,000 and criminal conspiracy. A judge set her bond at $3,500.
