(Scroll down for video) Customers who were shopping at a fish store in London, England, were seen freaking out after a large shark came alive, a video uploaded to the Internet showed.

The video was released to promote a new movie called Sharknado 2: The Second One.

The terrifying shark attack broke the peace in the quiet fish store in north London. The shark sported glassy dead eyes, sharp teeth and a huge mouth.

Fortunately for shoppers and store employees, it was not really a shark, but a prank devised by Syfy to celebrate the release of the movie.

A team of four artists and animators spent two weeks creating the realistic looking shark. The shark was placed into a fish counter besides salmon and fillets.

Shoppers at Steve Hatt in Islington, got the shock of their lives as the shark trembled and jumped over the counter, snapping their jaws, and making customers scream, jump, laugh and even flee in terror.

The producers placed hidden cameras in strategic locations throughout the store, before launching the beast at some very surprised buyers in the morning.

Paramedics were at the scene to deal with any person who finds the surprise too shocking, but luckily, no one was injured.
