Four people were arrested on various charges after a shootout in Crown Heights, police in New York said.

Brooklyn Police said that they arrested 28-year-old Anthony Stukes, 26-year-old Jameque Moore, 25-year-old Naquanda Campbell, and 24-year-old Quintin Fitts, on Thursday.

Police responded to a call about a shooting on Franklin Avenue, where a witness pointed them to a nearby building. As the officers searched the building, they saw a black backpack being thrown from the building.

The backpack contained three loaded guns, police said. Police stormed the apartment from which the backpack was thrown, and arrested the four suspects.

All suspects were charged with weapons possession and reckless endangerment.
