Two boys were arrested, charged and convicted of vandalism after destroying Jewish graves at a cemetery, prosecutors in the United Kingdom said.
The two 13-year-old boys have admitted at the Manchester Crown Court, of toppling and cracking gravestones in the Jewish cemetery in Blackley.
The boys of Rochdale and Blackley, pleaded guilty to criminal damage as part of a plea bargain agreement with prosecutors.
According to police, the boys were caught red-handed toppling 40 tombstones and causing three to be break in the cemetery located on Rochdale Road.
The two boys were released on bail pending their sentencing. Hundreds of volunteers repaired the damage that the boys have caused at the cemetery.
