A Hasidic man was stabbed while vacationing in Switzerland.
When police were called they refused to respond, according to a report in Behadrei Haredim.
The incident unfolded when the man entered a local supermarket in Davos, where a 60-year-old man stabbed him and shouted anti-Semitic slurs.
The victim ran to his car outside the Migros supermarket, where his wife and children were waiting. The suspect followed and smashed the car windows.
Passersby and shoppers at the supermarket did not intervene.
The victim drove to a local synagogue, where he called the police, but they said that they have no officer available to respond.
The victim, identified as Waxstock, was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
