Police arrested four men who were involved in a horrific act of violence.

Police in Kogi, Nigeria, said that eight men were involved in the kidnapping and robbery of a couple.

The men ordered the husband to pull over to the side of a road, and forced him and his wife out of their car at gunpoint.

The woman was reportedly nursing her three-month-old baby at the time of the incident.

The men then tied the husband and threw the baby into nearby bushes. The men then gang raped the woman while her husband watched helplessly.

The ordeal allegedly lasted more than two hours. When they were done, the men took the couple’s cash and valuables, and drove away in the couple’s Toyota Corolla.

The couple managed to free themselves and looked for help. A team of police officers, led by Assistant Superintendent Mr. Mbang Eteng, located and arrested two of the robbers, who were identified as Vincent Oguche and Femi Simon.

During the interrogation, the two suspects confessed to the crime and led detectives to their hideout where the couple’s stolen car, weapons and other stolen items were found.

The two also gave police the names of two other gang members. They were also arrested and identified as Friday Oguche and Joe Agbo.

Vicente Oguche blamed drugs for their actions saying “We were not in our right sense because we were high on drugs.”

Simon allegedly told police that he could not control his libido when he saw his colleagues enjoying themselves so he had to join them.

Police are still searching for the rest of the gang so they can be charged for the crime.
