(Scroll down for video) A man was eaten by a crocodile while his wife looked on helplessly.

The man has been killed by the giant saltwater crocodile as he was fishing with his wife in northern Australia.

The 57-year-old man was attacked by the 15 foot long reptile when he went into the Adelaide River to free his fishing line, which got caught in something.

His wife called for help after she saw the reptile take her husband. She was treated for shock by emergency workers.

Police who responded to the scene, killed the reptile name Michael Jackson. The man’s body was found inside the crocodile.

The murderer crocodile is believed to be a rare half-albino who had regularly approached cruise ships.

The man, whose name has not been released, is the fourth person to be killed by a crocodile in the Northern Territory of Australia this year.
