A man told a judge that he is not guilty of exposing his private parts to a young girl because it is simply too short, according to court records in Germany.

Now, the judge has ordered a medical examiner to measure the deliver person’s private parts in order to determine whether or not his junk is too short to stick out of his underpants.

The incident began when a girl and her mother went to the police one night, to report that the delivery man exposed his private parts to the girl while delivering a package.

54-year-old Herbert O., has disputed the allegations, saying that his private parts is too short for it to be sticking out from his pants.

He even called his wife to take the stand and testify that his private parts is very short. His wife told the court in Saxony, that her husband’s organ is indeed too short for it to hang out of his underpants.

The defendant’s attorney asked the judge to see his client’s private parts herself, but she refused. Instead, she ordered the Medical Examiner to measure the defendant’s private parts and issue a report to the court.
