Five teen are extremely angry after being falsely arrested on gang rape charges, police in Spain said.

Now, a judge in Malaga has dismissed the case against the five young men, who were accused of raping a young woman at the annual city fair on Sunday night.

The judge made ​​the decision to close the case after one suspect showed the court cell phone video, which proved that the encounter was consensual.

The attorney for the teens said that he is pursuing criminal charges against the woman for filing the false police report. The men were initially arrested after police found the young woman crying during the fair.

She claimed to have been raped by the five teens. So far, police have not arrested the woman.
