Police in Florida, arrested a woman after she called police about her missing dog.
The woman was at a bar with her dog, and while she was getting drunk, the dog disappeared, according to Jupiter Police.
The 38-year-old woman was very irritated over the loss of her dog and called police for help. However, police were already on the scene.
Jupiter Police were called to the Sunset Tabaco Lounge, at 251 S. Federal Highway at about 1:00 a.m. on Wednesday. A bartender told police that the woman was extremely intoxicated and angry.
Rebekah Altieri began throwing chairs around when she realized that her dog was missing. While police were at the scene they attempted to get her home safely with a taxi. However she refused to leave without her dog.
She insisted on calling police to report her missing dog. However, officers with her at the scene warned her not to call 911 again.
Officers asked her to get a cab or call a friend to take her home. According to the report, she refused to use her cell phone to call a friend and instead, she reportedly called police numerous times. Altieri was arrested and charged with misusing 911.
Police were unable to locate the dog because Altieri was too drunk to give them a description of her animal, according to the report.
