(Scroll down for video) A man tried impress his son and teach him the correct way to do aerobics.

However, he did so on a train handlebar, which is not designed for people to hang on to.

The incident took place in China on Monday around 10:30 p.m., when the man and his wife entered the Guangzhou Metro Line 8 train with their son.

When the train’s door opened, the boy excitedly entered the car and immediately jumped to reach the handrail pole. He played with the bar for a couple of minutes, while his parents were sitting and watching.

Then, the man decided to show his son how to do it. The man got up and grabbed the bars with both hands in front of his wife, son and other curious onlookers.

The handrail suddenly came loose, sending the grown man falling to the ground with the pole in his hand.

It was an awkward moment, but then the man got up and placed the bar to the side before he returned to his seat.
